We have a minor emergency here. My husband was up on a chair changing the bulbs in the ceiling fan light fixture, and he lost his balance for some reason. He managed to catch himself and keep from getting hurt, but he dropped the globe and it shattered. How much does a Home Depot fan replacement globe cost? I am hoping it isn’t too much since we are on a tight budget. I really hate the look of the bare bulbs though, so I want to take care of that as soon as we can afford it. Luckily we don’t have any plans to have company over any time soon.

Getting over an ex. It s tough. I know; since my girlfriend recently left me. It s been one of the hardest things I ve ever gone through in my life. It has been so hard for me to deal with; and while I had known there were problems; I didn t see it ending like that. Getting over an ex has been more difficult than I ever thought it would be; especially since I still love him. I m always thinking about him; and really wishing that we were back together once again. I want this pain to go away; and I really think the only way that can happen is to get him back again.

Where did you get that great purse?

Men do not understand the purse. I do not understand the wallet, or rather how they can only carry that. I would always have to have a pocket in all my clothes then. I suppose this is why women ended up with them in the first place. We are always looking for good Handbag Bargains, and we know where to find them online! I have tried a fanny pack and I can barley get my stuff in there. A brush, money, keys, makeup, medicine, gum, and all kinds of things. What do men carry in their pockets? Lint, wallet, change and keys. Maybe a lighter.

Helping Dad Around the House

My mom called me a few weeks ago and told me that she would really like me to come help my dad out.  I asked her what he had been up to, and she told me that he had some outdoor kitchen plans laid out, and he was probably going to get himself hurt if he tried to do all of the work on his own.  She wanted me to come over and help him get things done so he wouldn’t have to worry about doing it by himself.  I told her that she should stall him, and I would get there as soon as I could.

An Answer for Pianists Out Here In the Countryside: Learn Guitar DVD

I don’t know what the inventor of the DVD had in mind, but one great advantage that it has given me is the opportunity to actually play Grandma’s old upright guitar that’s been gathering dust for decades. I wanted to learn to play, but we live out in the country so far that private instruction was pretty much impossible. Then, while surfing the WEB, I came across a Learn Guitar DVD. They are everywhere on the Internet. Many carry the old “If you don’t like this, return it for a full refund” promise. I have used learn guitar DVDs for several months now, and I’m excited. I’ve dusted off Grandma’s guitar, had it tuned by the church organist, and I’m on my way to making music!
