There are so many differences between a secured and an unsecured personal loan.  When it comes to the processing, an Unsecured Personal Loan is faster processed than a secured loan.  Because the unsecured personal loan lenders do not require any form of collateral, the entire process does not involve too much paperwork.  The lenders do not have to verify all types of financial documents because there is no collateral involved.  Do not forget that a secured personal loan is cheaper than an unsecured one.  The secured lenders charge a lower interest rate than the unsecured providers because the risk factor is diminished.
