Luckily for all of us, Max looked at the Management Consulting Firms as partners working with us instead of someone who would come in and knock heads around. When he finally found a company that he felt meshed well with our philosophy, he set up an appointment for all of us to meet the company’s representative. She would be visiting with each of us and taking notes about what we all do and how it fits into the whole finished product.
