It is the goal of many people to begin with a Debt Free Marriage. Who can blame them? When combining finances it is most desired to end up with as little debt as possible. Before one proposes to get married, they should have their finances in a position that their debt can be under control with a combined income. This is so important, as many divorces are born out of financial fights. There are great companies out there that can provide information about debt consolidation.
