you should be making resolutions all of the time. the key is to be sure that you are keeping them. i know how hard it is to do this because i have ma=de some pretty big resolutions over the last 2 years. i hve done well with some and i still have work to do on others. but that is the way that it goes. trrial and error is the way that ylu learn. the weight loss resolutions that i have made are opnly for the small amount of fat that i have always got on my lower abs and that is it.
