With a big upswell in the popularity of pro bodybuilding and people wanting to get into better shape it is no wonder that everyone wants to build up muscle fast and lose fat at ther same time.Its not impossible to do but you are going to have to devote yourself and your body to training and nutrition.  Its Something that is simple and complicated at the same time.  There are soo many different ways top approach weight training and proper nutrition.  There really is no wrong way to to it.  Different people succeed with different methods of training.  Try them out yourself to find what works for you.
