I love their entire line: New Chapter. I also love New England Nutritives. Great line up. Probiotics with a Purpose is their general category name for the New Chapter Line of probiotics. You’ve got to check out a few of those labels. 100 % organic! Wow. And priced pretty good to boot.

How much did you weight before Thanksgiving

Then, how much after the New Year

It’s anonymous, no worries. I also want to know the kinds of foods you eat and did you do anything to offset it. Diet before? Exercise more? Say no and offend Auntie? Did you take supplements to help knock out some of the problem? Perhaps, to knock out the sugar overload?
