Voice Strengthening Exercises

I bought the program about a month ago, and am having trouble with the exercises that strengthen your voice. The main problem I’ve had is with implementing the program. Basically, I picked one of theexercises and did it everyday for a few days, but found it difficult to keep up. When I went back and reread the instructions for the exercise, it said I had to do3-5 sets of 15 reps, 3 times a day. I didn’t realize that added up to well over a hundred reps per day. So while it’s definitely my own fault that I didn’t do the exercises in the prescribed amount, I feel frustrated because (perhaps because I’m not used to doing exercises in general) I feel like these exercises are too much for me. Maybe I’m doing it wrong, but the “burn in your neck” described in the program happens to me after only a few reps.
