Forecloser homes are usually sold at a bargain. This is what makes them so attractive to first time buyers and investors. Compared to real estate properties, foreclosed home are much cheaper. Foreclosed homes are usually sold at auctions. But, they can also be bought directly from a lender at pre-foreclosure. A good bargain can be obtained if it is bought before it goes to the auctions. Other foreclosed homes are then sold as real estate property when they are not sold at auctions or at pre-foreclosure. To get the best deals, it is best to look for homes being sold at pre-foreclosure.
